Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I know what type of waste management solution is right for my project?

We highly recommend calling us before placing your order. Our customer service team will guide you in making the best choice for your specific project requirements.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We recommend ordering your container at least 24 hours in advance, so we can ensure the availability of the right item. In some cases, we can complete your request the same day, if the order is placed by noon.

Can I add additional hauls/containers?

Absolutely. We understand that project requirements can change. Get in touch with our team, and we'll work with you to accommodate any additional hauls or containers needed. Our goal is to ensure that your waste management plan remains adaptable, providing you with the support you need at every stage of your project.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Give us a call and our team will take care of you.

What if the driver comes for drop-off/pickup and I am not ready?

While we recognize delays can happen, if we show up to deliver or pick up a container at the scheduled time and you decide you are not ready, we will add a trip charge of $100 to your account. If you know that you would like to postpone a delivery or pickup, let us know 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid any additional charges.

Will I be billed for extra weight?

Yes. If your tonnage exceeds the amount quoted in your order, an overage weight charge will be applied. Our team is available throughout your project to provide guidance, including reiterating weight limits, to help you avoid unexpected costs.

Container Questions

How do I know what size container I need?

Choosing the right container size is crucial for optimizing cost and ensuring efficient waste management. Just call us to tell us more about your project, and we’ll get you set up with the right-sized container or dumpster.

What if I need to keep my container longer or have it removed sooner?

Just call us, and we'll happily adjust the timeline. Keep in mind that there may be an additional fee if you extend your rental.

Does someone need to be on-site when the container is being delivered/picked up?

No, you do not need to be there as long as you provide an on-site phone number in case we have questions, as well as clear instructions about where to place your container. Our drivers will do their best to place the container in the exact location specified; however, please be advised that they will also use their best judgment to ensure the container is in a safe, accessible location.

Can you place the container in the street?

You must check with your local municipality to see if we can place containers in the street, and you may need to acquire permits.

How much space do I need for the container?

It depends on what waste dumpster, container, or trash disposal you choose. You can refer to our Services page or talk to one of our representatives. Link to Service page

Will the container cause any damage to the site?

We prioritize the protection of your project site; however, we recommend placing a 4’x8’ sheet of plywood on the surface where the container or dumpster will be positioned to minimize any potential impact.
